This year was the first year I threw my hat in the ring. I've been scrapping for a couple of years and I've never thought of myself of really being a magazine worthy scrapper until this year. Unfortunately it was not to be for me this year, although I have heard that my double layout recieved an Honourable Mention - to see that you're going to have to purchase the magazine when it hits the shelves on Dec 28th!
So here are my other three pages for your exclusive viewing...

My hidden journalling and memorabilia layout - I used the garter from my wedding day.
and finally.... my sketch layout.
So I guess it wasn't what they were looking for. I might give it a go again next year if my slightly crushed ego has recovered...

ReplyDeletedont give up, one of my close friends ( beth edwards) got it this year after 7 ( yep 7!!) years of trying ( she would get all but one as a hm each year) , yet is frequently picked up for submission and gets asked do stuff for them, plus louise nelson she should of been picked ages ago plus a few ore that got picked up this year. Keep trying, i dont understand how they pick it!
