When I'm feeling down I have playlists that I turn to on my iTunes, songs that evoke feelings from inside and "speak" to my emotions. It's probably not a good thing to listen to sad music when you're feeling depresssed but it helps that I can just put my earphones in, zone out from everything around me and maybe even have a little cry perhaps.
So I want to share with you some of my favourites, on my playlist "When I'm feeling down" and also contempory/classical music that pulls on my heartstrings.
